Ravi is Vice President (Operations) of the Hiranandani Upscale Group at Chennai for the Old Mahabalipuram Project Heading Operations including Engineering, Sales and Liasioning for the last four years.

He has over 25 years of professional experience in Project Management and Business Development specialised in managing large size projects commercial/residential and matrix management of cross functional teams, assigning team responsibilities and overseeing tasks, building cohesive teams, Materials Management, Contracting, Value Engineering and drive business strategies. He has been involved with the Chennai Real Estate since 1995 and thus has fair insight on intricacies of Land Selection, Approval Process, Development & Marketing.
Seasoned and an Astute Professional with rich experience of working closely in association with Owners, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Suppliers during Concept, Approval, Design, Detailed Engineering, Planning, Scheduling, Execution, Controlling and Closing stages. Ravi did his schooling from Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan and The Theagarayanagar High School, Chennai after which he completed the Pre-University certification from Loyola College, Chennai. He graduated in Civil Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai affiliated with the Anna University in 1984. He holds Certificate from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore in Project Management.

He started his career as a Project Consultant for establishment of Lift Irrigation Schemes, Sugar Plant Effluent Management Schemes with companies like Seshasayee Paper Boards, Canara Bank, etc. for the first three years.

Then worked with Best & Crompton Engineering Limited for eight years where he started as a Structural Design Team Member for Steel plants. He was assigned to start Project management Division for Establishment of green field projects viz., Ship Repair Complex, Off-shore Marine Installations, Residential Towers, Hospitals, Cigarette Making Plants, Granite Processing Plants and Integrated Aqua Farms.

Prior to Best & Crompton he was with K. Raheja Group, Chennai for five years for Development of the Multi-storeyed Commercial Building at Mount Road – Raheja Towers and the Residential Tower - Raheja Regency.

He was with Tata Teleservices Limited for a period of two years during which infrastructure for mobile phone services in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry was established. He had worked with RMZ Corp for a year for Development of 2.3 million sft IT Park adjoining OMR after which he joined the Hiranandani Group.

Besides his professional involvements, Ravi is an active member in neighbourhood development schemes and in Nethrodaya. A avid reader, Ravi also loves long distance driving exploring the road network.

It is a 110 acre development comprising of mainly residential & partially commercial situated on Old Mahabalipuram Road in Chennai with superior construction quality standards & top of the line amenities, both internal & external.
