Vaidya Nathan is the Founder and CEO of Classle Knowledge Pvt. Ltd., a Social Entrepreneurship based company, with a goal to increase the academic and professional quality of students. Through its innovative no-cost service, Classle directly takes on the problem of quality instruction and mentorship faced by the students of our country. Based on insights from a wide range of roles he has played, Vaidy Nathan combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and innovation in building this company from ground up and bringing out creative and impactful outcomes.

Vaidya Nathan has more than 20 years of work experience in diverse areas such as project management, pre-sales, technical consulting, innovation consulting, organization building, and senior leadership. He has played a wide variety of line, staff and leadership roles spanning academic, entrepreneurial, and corporate areas.

Prior to this venture, he was the Global Innovation Leader at Cognizant Technology Solutions where he envisioned, setup and executed Cognizant’s Global Innovation Office. He was entrusted with many global roles at Cognizant like Chief Learning Officer, Chief Architect, eBusiness delivery Director, Project Officer, etc.

Vaidya Nathan is an alumnus of PSG College of Technology, IIT-Madras, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Indiana University with an Under-Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering and Post-Graduate and Advanced degrees in Computer Science.
