Red Sky Property Services, India is a part of the Red Sky group, who have provided property maintenance and contracting services throughout the UK and Ireland for over 17 years.
Red Sky provides total property maintenance to the corporate and private sector businesses in India. Its trained engineers and customer service staff will ensure that all requirements are completed on time and to the best standards.
It aims to deliver this through our commitment to:
•Excellence and innovation in customer service
•Development of long term partnerships with clients and suppliers
•Continuous improvement in all of our services
•Development of all our staff

Red Sky works with each individual client to ensure the short or long term care of clients to achieve enduring value. Its understanding of client requirements and its commitment to providing continuity of service ensures that relationships are sustained and strengthened.
Non Residential space (commercial, corporate, IT/ITES) in India is increasingly booming, every year 80-100 million square feet are added in this space making India one of the fastest growing markets in the world. At the moment managing property is highly unorganised in the country and is growing at the rate of 50-60% year on year.

The facilities management services market already has several leading names such as CB Richard Ellis and Jones Lang Lasalle and niche players like Updater services enter the space. Since India has emerged as one of the largest markets for facilities management, foreign players are launching their services as they want to be in India at the right stage

Red Sky services, part of the UK-based Red Sky Group (headquartered in Chennai in India) manages space for UB Group, Marks and Spencer and leading global companies and has signed up five properties, mostly in the corporate space for management, in Chennai. The company is looking at launching its services in Bangalore and Mysore by the end of this year and in Hyderabad and Pune next year. At the moment, the company is managing properties in the 50,000 sq ft-2.5 lakh sq ft range and aims at servicing 1-1.5 million sq ft of space in India this year. The maintenance charges ranges between Rs 2.50-Rs 8 a sq ft per month.

In India the focus of Red Sky would be on corporates as they are conscious about their image and branding. The company offers the entire gamut of services including sewage treatment, pest control and support for mechanical and electrical work in buildings. The £40-million Red Sky has about 700 employees in the UK.
