Mr. Sridharan Mani , the Director & CEO of American Megatrends India Private Limited (AMI India) holds fifteen years of IT-related senior leadership experience; building businesses, handling aggressive corporate and client leadership roles, and solidifying profitable C-level relationships at Fortune companies in finance, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, telecom and education.
Prior becoming the Director and CEO of AMI India, he has been the Corporate Advisor at AMI India and for American Megatrends Inc. Mr. Sridharan started his career as a Systems Analyst at NIIT Ltd. He was the Faculty Member and was responsible for training students on programming Logic and Techniques, Object oriented methodologies, Relation Database Management Systems and Application Engineering concepts.
Then he moved to Mahindra British Telecom to become a Software Engineer where he was involved in analysis, design and development of maintenance/support system, taking the lead in designing an automated crash recovery system (Call Support Centralization System # CSCSV2) for British Telecom.
Then he became the Vice President of Business Solutions at Business Oriented Software Solutions, Inc. He was responsible for conceptualizing, designing and developing the infrastructure products and leading and managing the Engineering and Support departments. Then he became the Chief Operating Officer at Business Oriented Software Solutions, Inc. He was responsible for the strategy planning and the business development of the firm.
He was the President of "GATS (www.gatamilsangam.org)" for raising funds in USA for promoting charity activities in Tamil Nadu.
In between the corporate world, he also did his MBA from the Emory University, Goizueta Business School in 2006 – 2008. He has won the Leadership award - "For outstanding leadership and vision" in 2005.
Apart from being a dedicated professional, Shridharan likes cricket, poetry, drama and reading novels and shares his interest in social service.
