Phani Nagarjuna, sets out the global vision & strategy for the company and leads the overall execution. As the CEO of Nuevora, Phani also until recently advised the executive team and led the product strategy and marketing operations of CallCommand, a client of Nuevora and a leading provider of SaaS based marketing services to a number of organizations. Before founding Nuevora, Phani ran worldwide sales, marketing & corporate strategy operations for Caritor, which now operates as Keane, a $1 billion-plus global services firm. At Caritor, Phani spearheaded the operational turnaround of the company including one of the fastest and prominent brand re-engineering efforts in the industry. The company more than doubled its revenues in two years during his tenure.



As the youngest executive member of the Caritor management team, Phani also helped raise crucial growth capital and headed, as President, the worldwide operations of Certido - a wholly owned subsidiary of Caritor. Certido delivered SaaS based on-demand solutions for streamlining and automating the processes centered around the management of outsourcing operations. Prior to his stint with Caritor and Certido, Phani held multiple roles in product marketing and CRM strategy at Siebel Systems including leading the launch and execution of one of the product lines in the Asia, Pacific and Japan regions.


Phani is a frequent speaker on the subjects of Services Globalization, CRM and Outsourcing at various worldwide conferences. Phani has a B.S. in Engineering from Osmania University, MS in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and an M.B.A from Harvard University.


Phani is an active community service member and a two time recipient of the honour from the President of the United States of America, Bill Clinton for his outstanding contribution to environmental protection services.
