Palanivel founded Dexterity in 1999. He has helped the company to establish, build strategies to become a leader in Marketing and Customer Informatics space, providing comprehensive Technology, Operations and Analytics solutions and services for the demand side business processes. Besides Strategic Management, Palanivel takes ownership for Knowledge Management and Innovation in the organization and its offerings for MR, MI and CI. He has a strong global exposure and understanding of International business and Economics. He enjoys building a performance driven culture that attracts and retains high performers.

Prior to Dexterity, Palanivel handled assignments with MR Industry leaders like ACNielsen and NMR. He has worked with Dun & Bradstreet Satyam Software, Cognizant Technology Solutions at client facing and solution development roles. Palanivel is a Management Post Graduate from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore and an Engineering Graduate from the Government College of Technology (GCT), Coimbatore.

Pravin has founded Dexterity Business Analysts, MRKPO, Survey Helpline and “The Social Catalyst”, a social-marketing organization.

As the Chief of BizDev & New Initiatives, Pravin is responsible for the International expansion of the Dexterity group. Pravin’s experience and focus is on taking concepts from ideation to stability, Global expansion and International Marketing. His current focus is on the need to have “Integrated-Technology” solutions ready in time for the electronic convergence wave.

Prior to his current capacity at Dexterity, Pravin has handled assignments for IMS Health, Dun&Bradstreet & ACNielsen. Pravin has a strong understanding of the International Market Dynamics and is well acquainted with European languages and culture.

Pravin is the Country Representative (India) for ESOMAR, a global Research Association; an associate member of the Council of American Research Organizations (CASRO), Business Intelligence Group (BIG) and the Market Research Society of India (MRSI). An acclaimed public speaker with strong communication skills, Pravin has presented technical papers at the ESOMAR Annual Congress and the Leisure Research conference in Rome. He has also presented papers at Berlin, Paris, Rome, London and Singapore. Pravin is a Charter member of the “Chennai Speakers” Toastmasters club.
