In his current role as Managing Director, he is responsible for setting up and spearheading the operations for Cryo-Save India. One of the key responsibilities in this role is to create a best-in-class infrastructure to meet the global standards at Bangalore.

Prior to this, he was the CEO of LifeCell, India’s first exclusive private cord blood stem cell bank. At LifeCell, he led the organization towards achieving India’s first AABB accreditation. He was also responsible for the overall functioning of the organization from marketing activities to leading the company to making profits.

Prior to LifeCell, Chandramouli was Vice President, Corporate Strategy for Strides Arcolab, where he was successful in identifying new areas for the company’s focus and winning new business from existing customers of CRAMS and initiating a new customer acquisition process. He played a key role in striking a JV with a number one company in one of the new markets and was made the Executive Director in the new JV Company.

Chandramouli has diverse experience ranging from consumer electronics to pharma and healthcare. In his professional career spanning over 20 years he has worked with organizations like Philips, Blue Star and Shasun Chemicals to name a few.

Chandramouli is a graduate in Chemistry and a PG in Sales and Marketing.
