Mr. Kumar Pritamdas Gera
Managing Director, Gera Developments (P) Ltd.
KUMAR PRITAMDAS GERA was born in Quetta in 1946. After partition, his family migrated to Pune in 1947.
A Civil Engineer from the College of Engineering Poona, he is the Managing Director of Gera Developments Pvt. Ltd, a premium real estate company for the past 35 years, having developed numerous residential and commercial complexes in Pune.
Currently, he is the Chairman of CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India.)
He has been the National President of Indian Junior Chamber and has also been the only Indian to be the International President of Junior Chamber International. He has traveled extensively across the world.
Mr. Gera has held several prominent positions having served as President of the Promoters & Builders Association of Poona for 9 years; he also held the position of Vice President of the Federation of Promoters & Builders Associations of Maharashtra. He has been a member of the State Planning Board of the Government of Maharashtra and is also on the task force for the National Urban Housing and Habitat Policy.
A keen golfer, Mr. Gera unwinds on the golf course and by spending time with his family.
