Sam Easaw

The immediate challenge is to estable the Rentokil brand in India, within 3-5 years. We estimate the size of the market, which is mostly unorganised, in the urban centres, to be $160 million.

Sam Easaw has been appointed as Managing Director of Rentokil India, to spearhead the fast track growth plan in the Indian sub-continent. Sam brings along over 20 years in-depth experiences in general management, sales and marketing, business operations, consulting, and entrepreneurial management. His distinguished career spans spearheading a leading organization in Asia, business excellence, business development & customer relations.

Sam has worked with US and European multi-national corporations, where he held several senior management positions, including Managing Director for a leading European multinational, with responsibility for manufacturing and the market development of Asian market. Sam’s demonstrated experience in developing company strategies to become a leading and preferred supplier in the region, managed market growth expansion and building new organizations with focus on people development and empowerment would be valuable for our strategic growth in India. Besides he has pioneered JV operation and established businesses for two companies in India and established markets in Indonesia, Philippines, Korea, India and Japan.

Sam has also been involved in mergers and acquisition, organisation consulting, productivity/process improvement projects and change management working with Right Management, a leading consulting organisation and assisted numerous organizations both multinational and local, at the regional and local levels.

Sam has a Bachelor of Science degree and MBA. He enjoys meeting people, golfing and social activities.
