Rajiv started his career in 1984 at Escorts Limited, Faridabad, India, in the Industrial Equipment Division, where he handled project marketing and execution of diesel-based power plants.

Rajiv then joined Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd, currently India’s largest HR services and consulting company.

In Ma Foi,a company that has a CAGR of over 70% over the last 16 years, Rajiv was given the role of building new businesses like Contract Staffing, Payroll, HR Automation and HR Outsourcing. At the time he left in 2006,after a decade in Ma Foi businesses that he built accounted for 60% of the turnover of the company. His last responsibility was as the CEO of Ma Foi’s Consulting and Outsourcing businesses.

Current Responsibilities

Rajiv joined DDI in October 2006 as the Managing Director of the Indian operations to help set up DDI’s operations in India. In its very first year, DDI India performed very creditably and is the first DDI subsidiary to break-even in its first year of operation. Today DDI India has an impressive roster of 50 clients and has completed over 8000 assessments and 200 days of leadership training. Rajiv has helped bag some of DDI’s landmark assignments with Volkswagen, Microsoft, Wipro, Aditya Birla Group, HSBC, Mahindra, ACC and Ambuja Cements
