Intrapreneural culture is all about going beyond one's job to what's good for the company. I have found this working for me for about 13 years in one company, and so am passing it on to my team. A culture that is intrepreneurial is possible when you are passionate about your job. So I tell people, if you get up in the morning and feel it's a burden to go to work, you should quit. In the IT industry, where people are remunerated well and so don't have to worry about earning their bread, it is essential to go after what one is passionate about.
