Prashanth Palakurthi

I am in a state of extreme distraught at the failure of unregulated capitalism. The old paradigms of free market capitalism, individual responsibility, and collective wisdom of the markets are being challenged in the US. The old borders between conservatism and liberalism are getting blurred and as a society we seem to be moving towards the centre, where there will be a recalibration of our economic and political beliefs. What does all this mean to the industry? In the short term companies that are focused on reducing costs, improving efficiencies and demonstrable ROI will find greater acceptance of their products. And there will be a shakeout and companies that don't meet these challenges will suffer.
