Unlike selection, search doesn’t depend on advertisement to attract candidates or a database to reveal candidates who have applied for other jobs. The search process usually throws up candidates who are happy where they are, doing well and not actively looking for a change.

Moreover the hiring specifications for these jobs are very specific in their nature and would need a precise skill base and exposure and therefore we would carry out the search in a carefully selected set of organizations where the candidates are likely to be in similar function.

We identify potential candidates, approach them directly, and interview them, aligning the opportunity with each candidate’s need. We then present candidates who best fit the profile and would be interested in a possible career move.

We normally assist in the first interview and we help with subsequent negotiations and logistics. We help, wherever required, in negotiations the offer and during the integration period facilitate the successful candidate’s entry into the company.
