Here is the list of questions for a possible email interview.

1. Your views on the retail trends, especially online retail, in the Indian market in the last few years. Indian buyers have liked the ‘touch and feel’ concept before finalizing on their buy decision. Do you see this changing dramatically?
2. Has eCommerce caught up in India? What have been challenges on the eCommerce front and how are you addressing these challenges?
3. Is this HomeShop model primarily targeted at the women at home as the key decision maker and influencer?
4. This is a relatively new concept in India. How are you promoting this among your target audience? Are you planning offline events to build the brand? What is the marketing budget for this year?
5. How does your partnership model with companies work? What is the arrangement? How many companies and brands have you partnered with already? Are there plans to expand the basket of products this year?
6. In this time of ‘frequent switching of channels’, how confident are you that buyers will watch through a programme and actually place orders? Have you done any research on this front that endorses this trend?
7. What are the product lines that you believe will easily catch up in this ‘Home Shop’ model?
8. How many customers do you have currently on the HomeShop front? Can you give us an indication on the targets to expand your customer base?
