About Sharad...
As Chief Operating Officer, Sharad is responsible for all of Microland’s business operations across the markets of America, Europe, Middle East and India.
Having been with Microland since 1992, Sharad is a core member of the Management Team that has built Microland into a leading Indian IT infrastructure Management Services Provider.
A veteran in the IT industry, he is member of several esteemed industry associations and has been an assessor for the prestigious MAIT and CII “Excellence in Business Management” program that evaluates and selects the Best Managed Corporate entities of India.
A certified Six-Sigma Green Belt, Sharad holds an MBA degree from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Business and an Electronics Degree from the National Institute of Engineering.
Sharad is passionate about deploying “quality methods & systems “to achieve business excellence.
