Dear Sir,

With regards to your interaction with Mr. Deshmukh, due to his tight schedule and distances he will find it difficult to travel to the Hindu office.

I was wondering if we take this forward over a telecon or if you could depute someone to meet him at his hotel at 4 pm.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Thanks & Regards,

Radhika Agarwal
